Do you have any impedance vs. frequency data?
Normally, piezos are almost pure capacitance with a high reactance, so a simple parallel resistor of 8 ohms (or 4 or 16...) makes it possible to use normal crossover design calculations.
sure don't - my ancient pc with WT2 and TrueRTA died - no backup - it apparently uses an internal autoformer to get ~10dB more sensitivity than a regular piezo

With an internal autoformer, it will be inductive at very low frequencies, and probably also at very high frequencies, but capacitive in the middle of its range. Without impedance data it's not possible to do a technical design, your back to "by guess and by golly" designing :^) Putting an 8-ohm L-pad between it and the crossover seems a likely starting point.
