Hey Jeff looking real good looking very industrial!
good speaker binding posts or output jacks etc are going to be very expensive for the good ones ...I would suggest to make some of your own like we have in the past with the HK :)
these are known to be excellent sounding top to bottom connectors
If you cannot maybe i can help you

Follow Ups:
Lawrence,Thanks, but I actually avoid terminal connections, whenever possible, in my crossover execution. KISS rules.
Hard-wired, wires wrapped around and soldered, Wonder Solder Classic.
Partially-built photos ( 3 above ) show this.
On amplifier, I am converting this Easter weekend to Cardas Silver Rhodium short speaker posts / terminals, ( so I can swap for out-of-absolute phase recordings ). All else is soldered.
I also eliminated the terminal connections, on the stock ALTEC 515B and 802D drivers, and soldered the speaker wires directly to the tabs holding the voice coil wires, and tie-wrapped the speaker wire to the driver frame ( to eliminate damage from inadvertent tugs ).
That is better sounding to my ears !! Wonder Solder in all cases.

Hi Jeff.
Are the large gray cylinders capacitors? I have not seen that type before.
Nice open pot as well.
Yes sir Kyle, a newer type of cap.
Look up, and see reviews on Clarity Cap DTAC MKP. The cap I use can do high current I rms= 64 A. and it has an ESR if 1.3 mOhm at 100 kHZ.
The pot is a nuded ALTEC 10 Ohm pot from a stock 801 Crossover. Please notice how I have eliminated the metal terminals, and wired two paralleled 14 AWG wires ( equals 11 AWG ) directly to the pot's internal elements, "skipping" the terminals with their dissimilar metals.
I find it important to match driver levels ( 802D to 515B ) to 0.1 dB, and do so by ear, hence, a pot gets used.
Working on a second DC Type 45 SET stereo DIY build - started in earnest - tonight.
My ALTEC VOTT speakers are done for now. Hooray !! Need to break-in all these film caps.
