In Reply to: RE: how to specify LB76 tapped air core 0.8mH inductor? posted by freddyi on December 13, 2015 at 13:01:16
Not sure What you are asking?
But a 0.8 mH coil is only a few mins of DIY effort.

Follow Ups:
I goofed - 0.8mH was for the tweeter tapped inductor - the midrange tapped inductor would have to be quite a bit larger
- like to get 3dB more output for a cost of 1/2 Z load

Just use the 4R and 8R taps of a 20W~40W 25V or 70V transformer.

think I've got a good xformer:6=8 ohm, 8=4 ohm, 10 = v.c. common, 1 = 10W, 2 = 20W, 3 = 30W, 5 = line com.
here's some particulars on the midbass sensitivity vs the old JBL LE5-2 tractrix combo
how short spl wise would you say the midhorn is vs the midbass horn? The midbass is reasonably close to a room corner/other stuff
