Any suggestions to fix the tweeter is welcome

Follow Ups:
I have a storage room full of old Goodmans of England drivers, all with working HF sections but some with the awful rubber surrounds.
It is a 12" Goodmans 250c Triaxiom.
I was able to remove the horn throat and reach the HF solder points
but could't disassemble/detach the cone-shape face plate to reach
the diaphragm beneath it. I wiggled the cone-shape face plate
but it didn't move. Is it glued ??
