I've been toying with the idea of building new cabinets for my Tannoy System 15's...but a couple of questions keep popping up.
The cabinet I've drawn up is 160 liters vs the factory cabinets 100 liters. Based on the increased cabinet volume will I need new/different crossovers? Specific to the ports size, will this need to change and if so how do I determine what they should be (dia x length).
Your feedback will be most appreciated.

Frankly the only Genuine reasons for a refit Box would be:
* Lack of Bass (unlikely imo :-)
* You tire of the Stage Roadie look of the things.
* A desire to elevate the driver's centreline to seated listener ear height
Beyond that, it's IMO pointless.
Do you know the T/S parameters of the driver? If so, use a program like WinISD to help design your box. Your crossovers should be fine, since only the last octave or so will be affected.
