I did some off-axis measurements last night and I'm finding a strange problem in the response. The dip after 10 KHz is only there on axis.
If I measure anywhere off axis the response is flat from 10 kHz on up.
What could be causing this dip? Is it edge diffraction? My edge diffraction simulations show an expected dip in this region however none of the other dip/peaks show up.

Phase plug of the driver.
The phase plug? Do you know this for a fact? I measured the frequency response for both my wood horn and the B&C ME20 horn and the ME20 doesn't have the same dip. I think I have the exit angle wrong coming out of the compression driver. If I look inside the wire mesh I can see that exit angle is a lot larger than I presumed. I think I'm going to take the mesh off and physically measure the angle and then modify my wood horn to suit. Can anybody chime in on how much of an effect this might have(having the wrong angle)? I'm probably out by about 10 degrees included angle.
