They are going to sit on top of the EV Marquis. Any ideas?

thinking they were 3 bolt.
Genuine JBL 1.5" throat, 90° x 50°, or 70° x 70°.

Thanks for the lead DJK.
I can probably get someone to drill them out since they (the 2435s) are unique. These are cheap enough it looks like.
RCF has a couple of 3 bolt models; around like 40-50 bucks a piece. Loudspeakers Plus and Parts Express carry RCF. Check your throat size to make sure that matches up with the horn.
The bolt pattern on JBL is unique.
a good cheap horn is a difficult thing to find. Many aftermarket discount horns have issues. Very often the throats are terrible. I recently bought some Peavey, Pyle and Dayton versions of what is supposed to be the same horn. The throats in most of them are bad to the point of being useless.
Just giving a heads up and saying that some times spending a little more for a quality brand will go a long way. That's not to say you might luck out but with the cost of shipping horns for a number of pairs (I went through four sets)I cold have bought a cast RFC horn of superior quality and been done.
I also wanted to suggest that you experiment with a simple Karlson K - Tube. You can make one with a simple roll of writing paper and some tape. I like the double cutaway versions which look like a bishops hat. Very inexpensive and fast to make and tryout. You might be very surprised i was. Best regards Moray James.

I just looked at USspeakers site and they have some horns that would work for me but none of them are 3 bolt. I dont know anyone who could drill them out for me either. This always seems to be a problem for me.
what is stopping you from making a paper template from the factory data then using that to locate the hole centre points on the mounting plates and using a hand drill to drill out the plates. Having a slightly larger mounting hole will give you some wiggle room. Before you buy any horns see if you can get the throat entrance angle for the horn and the exit angle for the driver to see if they match. At the very least see if you can find confirmation from end users that the driver horn combo that you are considering actually works well. Good luck. Best regards Moray James.

I can try but am terrible with measure and cut stuff. I dont even know what the angles are that you are talking about. Thanks a lot, Bobby
Try DIY sound group and parts express.
I will probably cross them pretty high like 4 or 5K. Just a cheap plastic horn is fine.
JBL 2370
2370 is for a 1" horn, these are 3 bolt 1.5".
