Wow, i have seen you post some cool horn pictures before, a couple folks have suggest they were computer generated.
I have to say if you made this in your computer, your a wiz, man very cool!
Those look sort of like SH-95's.
in any case, Very cool!

hi Tomthanks for your comments. BTW. the wiz is Gunther Santos, a brazilian designer, which handles 3D Max. What is interesting that he makes these renderings in about two hours. Here a version with acrylic resine side pannels.

Angelo,
Do you know what the version with acrylic resine side panels cost per pair? They're beautiful but, how do they sound with the acrylic being used instead of wood?

Rational Subjectivism. It's An Acquired Taste!
hi
it depends how thick the acryl resine would be. Ferguson Hill's horn uses 8mm thickness for a quit large horn. It's just a design idea anyway, without intention to built something like that one day...
annexed a design with a scaled down dts20 tapped horn and active driven 8" woofer.

Those floors from this angle are amazing.....
Oh yeah , the speakers are cool to.....

The source of the main horn is at ear level. Horizontally, it would have 45 degree aperture, and vertically 80 degree. 24" deep.
2 things,
What is the gold colored round object on the top of each "speaker"?
And what does this guy charge? I have some brochure type stuff I would love to do.
Warren
hi Warren
Gunther wanted to show a supertweeter on top of the speaker, and designed a Fostex T500a MKII. You can write him at Gunthercad@hotmail.com
