I have about 10 of the Beatles' albums from the Stereo remasters and tend to stay off this huge industry trend of trying to get us to buy stuff we already own. I am glad I bought these as they were very reasonably priced.
The reissue is probably better in some regard, but 30 minutes after you spent $30 or more and listen to most of the reissue business, what do you really remember about the improvement?
The music business has become very strange to me. I have been able to find many great pieces of music from Linn and eClassical that are great bargains and sound great in hirez as downloads and can burn my own DVDs of them.

What do you use to burn DVD-A's?

"Still Working the Problem"
Cirlinca DVD Audio solo and it appears that their site was down for a while but back up now. It will burn DVD-Vs and DVD-A, but you must choose which you want in their menu. Very affordable and pretty intuitive.
Some folks have had issues recently, but I hope Cirlinca is back up and providing service.
