It seems that the noise happened when foobar upsample the DSD signal further.
And if you don't upsample, it seems OK.

Inherent to DSD is a substantial amount of high frequency quantization noise.
In case of DSD64 it starts at 20 kHz and in case of 128 at 40 kHz.
It might be that this fried your ribbon.
Normally a low pass filter is used.
Don’t know if either Foobar or the DAC applies one.
