There's also a new 2-SACD set on RCO Live with Jansons and the Concertgebouw of Bruckner's 3rd and 4th. Haven't heard them myself, but if these performances are like the other Jansons performances on RCO Live, they should be more than satisfactory. This set also received a pretty decent review in the latest 'Gramophone' magazine.

  Just got hold of this-RCO Live with Jansons and the Concertgebouw of Bruckner's 3rd and 4th.
  Highly recommended. This conductor and orchestra are in a golden period, and its being captured in DSD!

    Actually, I thought I read that the RCO Live masters were now 24/88.2 PCM? In any case, SA-CD.net does not show the Bruckner SACD as a DSD master. I agree, the conductor and the orchestra are in a golden period.

    (BTW, my copy has just been shipped.)

    I have the Farao version on RBCD. The performance is very good. It is also one of the few good sound CDs I have.

  I've been considering this one buy I have too many no 3 which I am not keen on.
