I am looking for suggestions on music choices for listening on headphones. I am not looking for ooohs and aaahs. I mean real music to be enjoyed. I like just about all music that was recorded well. As a point of reference, I just received a copy of Oregon's Beyond Words that I find excellent. Thanks for any replies.....

Thanks for the recommendations guys but I am looking for specific recommendations of music titles.....
I posted a reply to a thread over on the music board you might check out. Under the 'Music Recommendations' title.
What genre(s) do you prefer?
I find that headphones with good imaging/headstage like the HE6 can make non-binaural recordings quite enjoyable, but of course that's a really expensive headphone. And I pair it with the EF6 amp, also very expensive.
Also check out recordings from MA recordings, Reference Recordings and mapleshade recordings. If you like older jazz, some of the mosaic reissues are pretty nicely done.
Just about anything. Chesky has some binaural recordings, which you must try, and for everything else, putting a Corda Crossfeed circuit in can make a big difference. Meier Audio has some headphone amps with the crossfeed, and they published the circuit so you can add a DIY version to your system.
And the "re-recording" of Glenn Gould's 1955 Goldberg Variations, released in binaural by Zenph/Sony, which you can get on HDtracks, is just wonderful, though it might make you sad that there are not more binaural recordings out there.
