That is a tough one as they are both really good amps. Do you need/want a tuner then the Outlaw is the easy choice. It is also more powerful. I am not a fan of amps that are rated at a certain wattage but can supply more power on demand. But that is just me, I am old school that way. I am sure there are more responses to come to help you decide. In any event let us know what you decide.....

Thanks....Tough decision without demo, have yet to read any negative reviews regarding the Outlaw, the NAD from I have read also has a good reputation as a solid performer
I would be able to purchase the NAD 326BEE for $449.00 have a gift certificate at Cruthfield. Outlaw RR2150 is listed at $699.00. Not sure if there is a huge difference to justify $250.00 for the Outlaw.
If i purchased the NAD 326 over the Outlaw, the $250.00 difference could be used to purchase a Phono Pre amp for the NAD. Would the NAD 326 with a Phono Pre Amp in the $200.00 range provide a better system than the Outlaw with the built in Phono?
You could consider NAD D3020 which has built in Phono. I dont know how it compares with NAD 326BEE. Reviews are good.
Good Luck
Bill
I have the Outlaw receiver, plus an NAD 370 integrated amp. That older model NAD has more power, and is no longer available; there are successors to it. In your case, I'd recommend the Outlaw. It has many connection options, bass management (as you mention), a good tuner module, and it is unusually cool looking with its art deco design. I've had it running daily for about 4 or 5 years with zero problems. As for any harshness of sound that one poster mentioned, it sounded fine to me, but I have added a DAC and a phono pre-amp (both Schitt) so the sound quality is excellent.
Outlaw runs "holiday" sales now and then, and the $699 drops a bit. Before ordering, I'd contact them about their next sale.
