Not sure how a computer is going to mimic a typical human ear when figuring-out hall acoustics.
The guy responsible for the acoustics also did the Walt Disney Concert Hall which is supposed to be quite useable.
That would be a good thing. I've been to the Disney and it is up there with Symphony Hall, Concertgebouw and Berliner Philharmonie for the halls that I have visited. Hamburg, will have to check it out although I seem to spend less time visiting Europe versus Asia these days.
The acoustician responsible was Yasuhisa Toyota of Nagata Acoustics who over the years has done 50 similar projects and is considered one of the two best for the job, the other one being Frederick Russell Johnson of Artec Consultants.
