I thought it was exceptional. And Bob Dylan singing "Once Upon a Time" just floored me.
Follow Ups:
Maybe Dylan excused himself from the NOBEL award function to perform at Radio City Music Hall!? Well, Patti Smith sang better.

The tribute was well done, something for everyone.
I enjoyed the kd lang performance.
....I must say he can still hit the notes and with plenty of power. He's held up very well over the years; both voice and physique. The man is a walking history of pop music. What he's seen, the miles he's walked, the people he's known, that younger generations will never know. He's a national treasure.

I watched the last 45-minutes. It's recorded on the DVR so I'll revisit it later. I thought it was great! Tony Bennett looked fantastic for 90.
Yeah, I watched most of it. Really well-produced. I didn't catch the venue, though. Do you know?
Lady Gaga was great, as were Billy Joel and the man himself, Tony Bennett. But I can live a long and happy life without hearing Bob Dylan.
:)
Radio City Music Hall.
Thanks! I was assuming somewhere in L.A., but couldn't ID the place. Shame on me!
:)
I got in after the beginning so I missed the earlier singers and don't know the venue. Looked really huge. I would have mostly agreed about Bob Dylan before last night -- didn't know he still had a voice for one thing -- but his performance was just amazing IMHO.
