Robert, I would contact Alex Lok at the Analog Store in Four Oaks, NC. Its is about 30 minutes or so south of Raleigh on I-40. Alex repairs all types of electronics and he is a whiz at setting up turntables. He's done so twice for me with stunning success both times. Good to see a fellow NC audiophile also.
Best of luck with your repair!
Paul

Paul..if i am not mistaken,Alex used to work at Audio Asylum..Maybe wrong but i remember that name. If so...he is great..which i am sure he is anyway..
You are correct, Calloway. If my memory serves, had a authorized McIntosh service center in NY before moving to Raleigh, where for about a decade or so he was the service manager for Audio Advice. Upon leaving and striking out on his own, he had a shop right near Audio Advice's Raleigh location. That's where I first encountered him and took a turntable there for a proper set up. Since then, he opened up in his home, presumably to save the high cost of commercial rental property. Either way, he is very good at what he does.
