I see! So these guy sat down and improved on the work of SL. "creating a listening experience that is dramatically different from anything that has come before it."
It's always been a sore spot for me when I see someone take credit for work someone else has done.

He's probably forgotten more than these guys will ever know. Amidst the marketing hyperbole on their web site, the boys at Ono don't even have enough class to credit Linkwitz as the inspiration for their design.

It's buried here: http://onoaudio.com/technology" Turns out, that is harder than it may seem. Starting from the groundbreaking work of Siegfried Linkwitz, to whom we owe a huge debt of gratitude, we relentlessly looked for fault in our design and pushed to create an entirely new type of speaker with unique capabilities... "
When they called themselves "Beanstalk Audio" a couple months ago, they were using the same SEAS full range driver that Siegfried uses in his LXmini. They have since moved onto a Fostex driver and added a tweeter. That's progress for you! Seems it's easy to "improve" upon someone else's design when you haven't even stated your own objectives. :)

Nevertheless, not a very original design. This from their web page:"The Ono Paka is a radical departure from traditional speaker design, creating a listening experience that is dramatically different from anything that has come before it."
Somewhat of an exaggeration. "dramatically different from anything that has come before it"?

It's not actually buried, it's on our main product page as well :)
The phrasing and placement were OKed by SL as well.
I defending your business model by correcting the previous poster who implied you were ripping-off Linkwitz.
