Having owned 6 Jadis Products I've never encountered that lettering on any Power cords
Schuko or US plug types.
I'd say the Poster here that mention aChinese "fake" is on the money

I have considered it may be a Chinese fake, however why would someone go through the trouble of having just a few dozen or a few hundred cords imprinted with such a logo? I'll try to audition it today or tomorrow and if it's not worth keeping I'll post it on one of the audio websites. I should be able to get $35-40 for it. It looks like it uses solid core copper.
Re the reason to make the Cords?--well Jadis was some of the first brands the Asian Hi End Market absorbed and it was /still is very ego driven product in fact last I heard it was part owned by the Hong Kong Distributors.
My thoughts maybe someone figured a few strategically placed "cloned name" cords could pick up some excess $$$'s in the sales flow?
Yes I agree use it --if it sounds fine - you have a good bargain--China uses Australian Copper rated top quality amongst the Audio purveyors -- i.e.Cardas

I would think that if it were a Chinese knock off that they would use their own cheap Chinese connectors instead of the Hubbell. I have owned some of the Chinese cords and they love to use the counterfeit Oyaide connectors.
As far as the quality of copper used, I have no idea. I did a brief A/B comparison last night against my reference JPS Labs A/C cord using only a CD source and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the JPS cord to trounce it in every way but it did not. I intend to do some more extensive listening tonight with CD an vinyl and will report tomorrow on my overall impressions.
The CD used for evaluation was Rusted Roots "When I Woke" played on a Sony 5 disc carousel SACD player. Amp is a Chinese brand "Tube Fidelity" which is a hybrid integrated using Sanken power devices in the amp section and (4) vintage GE 12AU7s in the pre/amp section. It runs pure class"A" and puts out 95 watts channel into 8 ohms and 190 watts into 4 ohms Speakers are Maggie MMG wired with my DIY 14AWG Milspec cryo treated silver plated copper wire and my own DIY pure silver solid core I/Cs
Yes they sound good bargain score!
But I think I'll stick with my earlier observation as all Jadis products are supplied with
Moulded Plugs both ends--never with Hubbell's
Good Listening

Maybe send a picture to Jadis with a note asking if they ever made it? Confirmation would make it worth much more! No confirmation... you paid what? less than 4 bucks? The copper alone is worth that much. Not to mention Jadis has a lifetime warranty on their products!
