your wires are crossed ?, I was referring to Bi-Wire not Bi-amping

OOOPS! So Sorry.
BiWire it is! And Yes, I'm not a huge fan of biwire.
Active Biamp, however, is a very good way to leverage yourself to a higher level.
Too much is never enough
But you replied to my post directly. Which states that bi-amping is more fun...which it is. A lot more fun.
So...nyah.
his knee jerking. He can't help it.
It happens every time anything beyond the need for Sony receiver quality is discussed. :)
Seems like he's arguing just to argue... which can be fun. BUT only if he also includes a clever picture like I did.
"anti-audiophiles" here who doesn't comprehend the level of resolution available in gear today. Just one of many non-experiential theorists you find on audio boards.
He reminds me of a old TV repairman who used to post over at AR. "Woodie" was utterly clueless about aftermarket power cords.

THAT brings back some memories!
Being clueless did not mean he didn't have strong opinions, which he related vociferously. I think he also auditioned two different brands of zipcord and proclaimed no differences in cables. Or that may have been some other old AR loser. :)
Click here for that thread. One can only smile when you read his opening remarks:
" When I try to tell them that this is just a physical impossibility, that there is simply nothing that a power cord can do that will have the slightest ompact on the output of the device in question ... "
Militant ignorance. :)
Those knuckleheads are probably still arguing somewhere....
I'm pretty sure that Woodman and Mash are having a lively discussion with Julian Hirsch about the wonderful sound of the IC-150.Skeptic, aka Soundmind, aka MarkJohns still wanders the halls periodically waxing about Piscataway. :)
FLZapped, aka Jitter_by_Coffee is over at Alcoholics along with Mytry who is now an Alcoholic Slumlord !
edit: Here's my favorite Zapped by Coffee thread. :)
Edits: 05/03/16
Soundmind is back as MarkJohns? What did he do, just bastardize the name of his favorite audiophile? So I guess if AndyOI812 comes back, it'll be as Stat-E? lol
I got a few replies from FLZapped that said simply "prove it". Since I was no longer in the 7th grade, I resisted the urge to respond in kind with a "nyah nyah nyaaaaaaaah!".
I was Andy19191919's " favorite audiophile " . :)
Both he and Zapped by Jitter committed suicide here by deleting their user profile. And yet, their "wisdom" lives on...
Some of you guys try to discourage anyone who knows anything about testing for audible differences, even jj. But apparently the ghosts of Soundmind, FlZapped, Mtrycrafts, andy19191919, Woodman, and others still haunt your subconscious but periodically rise to consciousness.

Haunt? I've fallen on the floor countless times LMAO ready posts from such clueless guys and continue to enjoy reliving their posts.
Soundmind's shunt test illustrated stupidity at its best. His "arrogant ignorance" style is unique.
Zapped by Jitter required the most dumbed down of tests for his pleasure as my previous post proved. But then Bruce's work at Motorola was making family radios - the stuff of high resolution . Even JJ questioned his "techniques".
Mytry? Ether. Air. Lack of substance. Logic failed him at every turn.
Andy? All he did was ask questions of others and duck those addressed to him. Intelligence? Where?
Woodman? Poor old TV repairman was obviously deaf in his final days.
As for JJ, he provided another source of humor - to wit his pomposity:
Lunchtime at...
Yes, those were the good days where humor was experienced daily!

I demand that you prove your slanderous claim about falling on the floor or retract it immediately! And while you're at it, I'll need proof of the existence of a floor!
I have fond memories of those days, too. AA isn't nearly as fun or as funny as it used to be.
That's why I mentioned him specifically. :)
He was a guy that clearly never heard what is possible with audio gear. Same as the rest of his ilk, I guess....
Oh I always give in to the nyahhh. Especially when the argument uses 7th grade logic.
Maybe but the the thread was about bi-wire
