After two years of illness I am finally back into the "low end of the high end." My system consists of an Adcom GCD-700, into an Angstrom 100, into a Hafler 9300, into (either) PSB Stratus Mini's, Paradigm LCR 450a's, or Legacy Studios (circa 1994 with black woofers sourced from Germany). I must say it sounds good. I think I like the PSB's the best.

Happy to hear that you're better. To paraphrase Joni Mitchel, most of us don't know what we've got til it's gone. As for the PSB Stratus Minis, I owned a pair and they're a great value, as are most PSB speakers. You can upgrade around them, I think they're up to the task. Cheers.
Sorry to hear about the past couple of years. Glad you are able to once again enjoy those parts of life that bring a smile to your face. And may you continue to do so. You are an inspiration to the rest of us.

It's a great feeling isn't it?
Welcome! llanger.
Congratulations on your physical recovery. Here at the looney bin, I'm sure you'll find out that it's a whole different ballgame.
