"They do have a horn but I didn't hear any negatives people sometimes attribute to horns speakers."
Every year we have a lot of people stick their heads into the room far enough to see the horns at which point they turn on their heels and leave. Thanks for coming in and giving my speakers a chance.
A blind audiophile who spent quite a bit of time in the room could tell that we were using paper cone woofers, but he had no idea we were using horns until I told him.

Me being a dealer makes you leery?? It gets worse... I'm a manufacturer too.

LOL, I'm the guy you refer to. Enjoyed the audition. A secret, I couldn't tell the cones were paper by listening, I just knew all the high efficient speakers I've encountered used paper to achieve the level of efficiency.
I personally have no issue with horns, in many instances horns have a liveliness or dynamic you usually don't get with other mids & tweeters.
Wow, small world! Great to cross paths with you again here.Needless to say, your comments were and are very much appreciated, and I also thank your friend who accompanied you to our room.
