"also ordered a maple bass for my turntable."
I've heard of deep bass, punchy bass, bass slam, lack of bass, too much bass, distorted bass, clean bass, bass violin, bass trombone, bass singers, bass traps, and bass fishing, but I've never heard of "maple bass". That's a new one.

That's was too funny. I even shared that one with the wife.....
A Maple bass
Actually I caught that typo. Bass along with power chord instead of cord along with there, their and they're and to and too are common errors.

Beautiful Bass!
Wow, who made that bass? It's beautiful.
Happy listening,

I don't know who made it, I just searched Google Images with the phrase "maple bass".

It will come, it will come, it will surely come.
LOL!
And, you could add "than" vs "then" to your list.
But I'm not nit-picking grammar/spelling in general. That boat sailed long ago.
When a person is speaking about audio topics on an audio forum, you'd think that they'd at least know the difference between "bass" and "base". Am I expecting too much?
:)
Yes than/then is the other that I couldn't recall. Shows up often here too. Cheers.
