So far, I have SHM-CDs of this, Ride The Lightning, ...And Justice For All, Metallica, and Load. They are cleaner-sounding than their cassette, standard CD, vinyl, and gold CD counterparts.
The SHM-CD of Kill 'Em All does not have "Am I Evil?" and "Blitzkrieg." If you want those two songs on SHM-CD, you will have to get Garage Inc.

Nice pic! Lummy.
Wow! Can't say I'm a Metallica listener, but it looks.......LOUD. I've never been to anyone's house and the volume is low.
Maybe my MD catalog will arrive in tomorrow's mail. I wish they had the Hi-Fi Tuning Silver Star fuse in the right rating for the Simaudio 750D, which I have been reviewing. The 750D's transport gently rolls of the treble. Therefore, maybe it could use the HFT Silver Star's supposed treble presence.
I'm also expecting some more SHM-CD and BSCD2 titles to arrive. I refer to these as "boutique" CDs. The great thing about these is that they are available for popular music titles. That is, music people actually want and enjoy. If you go over to Rocky Road, you'll find some of my capsule reviews showing these boutique CDs.
In general, the SHM-CD and BSCD2 formats have lower distortion and grain. The cleaner sound allows you to hear more deeply into the recording, regardless of the volume level you are comfortable with.
