I bought my Tivoli Model One at our local shopping mall for $99 back around 2001. I think they go for $149 now.The only 'flaw' with mine (andy maybe others?) is if I plug a 3.5mm plug into it's AUX jack behind the radio, it completely disables AM/FM audio. The rotary switch up front has no AUX position, just OFF/FM/AM.
So if I want the use the Tivoli as a powered speaker for my computer, I can't use it for AM/FM, unless I reach behind the radio and unplug the 3.5mm cable/plug.

My goodness! Thanks for that clue. I thought my AM/FM was bust. Did not mind too much because in these parts the AM/FM is not too good. Totally depending on the computer. But occasional FM is good.
Cheers
Bill
I was browsing new Tivoli Model One radios on Amazon and noticed that the rotary selector switch now has an AUX position. The early radios like mine do not. They must have heard some complaints or suggestions and 'fixed' this little flaw. I'm still happy with mine even though it is missing the AUX position on the switch.
