Those who know him believes Peter is suffering from Bipolar disorder and should seek medical help, his deranged at time behavior does suggest such. I also find those throwing petals at his feet and totally ignoring his behavior to be acting worst than Peter, it really is a strange affair if what Steve William's posted is true ...

Branching out I see.
If PB truly is mentally ill, those who love to make fun of him should be classified as mentally ill also.
they were not actually making fun of him..they were concerned.
Send him some flowers. I hope he's not dead before they reach him.
Just saying ....

I'm no fanboy but some other people in this thread would appear to be because they can't stop talking about him.
To each his own, I guess.
some are doctors, some are teachers, some are speaker builders, some are salesmen, some are...

and having the resources to attend most of the audio shows west of the Mississippi has been watching the manufacturers worshiping at the feet of reviewers.
A reviewer will come into the room and all activity stops.
The unwashed are ushered out of the 'sweet spots' and the 'reviewer' plops there ample behind in to a front-row center seat, adjusts both of their hearing aids, and the music begins!
It's worth the price of an airline ticket and a few nights in a hotel just to witness it!
It used to be worst , in the past top tier reviewers did'nt tolerate plebs in the room , they would want you to empty the room and close the doors until they were finished ...

Especially true at CES where manufacturers really didn't like the idea that 'consumers' were even allowed to attend.
'Industry Only' was their cry going back a decade of two. I was working out of Utah at that time and attending CES as a vendor for reasons other than audio, so there was little they could do about my being there.
That's quite a vision you've conjured up. I'm reminded of "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"
