You're not really in the right ballpark. A USB microphone will have an element that picks up your voice, maybe a little opamp in there to bump that signal up, then an analog to digital converter to allow you to use USB. All of this is likely powered through the 5V supply on your USB jack.
To connect this microphone to the analog input on your soundcard, you would have to take it apart and find where the analog signal was available with sufficient level to be tapped into and cabled directly to your soundcard.
You may want to look into borrowing some gear locally.

Thank you for your quick response. I am trying to improve the sound quality of my tutorials. I spent $30.00 for the Logitech microphone, I don't know enough about audio to know if I spent enough or not. Also, I know I said "sound card", however I have no sound card per se, in that my sound card is built into my MB, which is not shabby, by the way, only my audio quality. Where do I go from here?

Not sure what you are recording. May want to think about a good directional mike --- esp if you are after one subject, in a sea of noise.
