Hello all. A question for fee-based music streaming service users.
I thoroughly enjoy mid 1960's - early 1970's soul music. Particularly the more obscure acts (Mad Lads, Fantastic Four, Magnificent Men, the Ethics, the Continental 4, Brenda & the Tabulations, Dyke & the Blazers, etc.).
I checked out Rhapsody and another one of the streaming services offering "millions" of tracks. As far as the above, their selection was seemingly almost non-existent to poor. The selection of tracks they did have were haphazard - almost as though the selector has no knowledge whatsoever about the acts and chose by throwing darts at a list. Even to the point of ignoring any semi-hits the groups had.
My question: Has anyone found a streaming service who does justice to non mega-selling acts? Are my findings flat-out incorrect? Has anyone found a streaming service whose "dozens of millions" of tracks are particularly extensive and satisfying? I do realize they are driven by metrics and all that, but still.....
BTW, the same questions extend to under-recognized rock acts and the painfully undeservedly under-appreciated genre of jazz - outside of all the well established giants we all know about ( Miles, Monk, Rollins, Coltrane, etc).
Profound thanks in advance for any guidance here.

Have you checked out Spotify?
Tidal has all of your soul music selections, except Dyke. Although for a couple of the artists there is only one album available. Since I don't know these artists I don't know how many albums they may have released. May be worth checking out Tidal free trial.
