I'm no expert but Little Five Points offers both Criminal Records & Wax n' Facts record stores along with a nice, funky vibe & eclectic shopping. While you're there you can go to the Vortex for a great burger as well.
Happy Hunting!

How did everyone do on RSD?
Anyone else want to discuss the Audio/HiFi shops in ATL?
Used to live in the Atlanta area 5 yrs ago. Used to visit Audio Alternatives often, good people. Never pulled the trigger on anything major, just cables, audiophile vinyl, and accessories. I just checked and this other shop I did business with is still around; Sound Image. Great gear and knowledgable salesguys. I bought an Arcam CD23T and a new dustcover for my LP12 from them.
I will look them up- Charzo.
Has anyone paid a visit to The Audio Company, NW Atlanta?
I found the studio in back by accident after looking thru the dollar bins at he front of the store. Lovely stuff - Ortofon accessories, Rogue, Pro-Ject turntables (I think), lots of great gear that a soon-to-be-second time father could only look at after he picked out a double-armful of records. Even in a small space, the setups looked and sounded great (if maybe not super-optimal). Owner was really nice, very knowledgeable and willing to chat. I definitely want to go and see the new place now.

Many Thanks! ToodM-
the new place has been opened for more than 1 year now.
