Hi I have an old (early 90's) Denon AVC1000 amp and a Polk Subwoofer/2 satellite speakers. I want to only use as a stereo system not home theater. The amp has 2 channels that are 100w/channel and the others are 50w I think. I haven't hooked this thing up in years. Can someone help me with the connections? (Pic attached).
Thanks!
Marty
Follow Ups:
You connect it to your front speaker outputs in parallel with your front main speakers..
Should I connect the two small speakers off the subwoofer or directly off the amp?
It will do a lot better IF the sub has speaker level outs w/high pass filtering. You would connect the two small speakers there if the sub has it. Tell us the model number of your Polk Subwoofer so we can try and look it up. That or take pictures of all the connections.

It doesn't matter, but it's probably easier to go amp to woofer, woofer to speakers.
If the woofer has speaker outputs, then I would recommend using them.
The photo I posted captures all of the subwoofer connections.
