He just does what everybody else does - show pretty girls behaving unrealistically. Nobody wants to look at ugly people in ugly headphones - what's the problem?
Imagine how boring the internet would be if folks were as civil here as they are in person.

... as a preface to "the art of salesmanship".The whole point of advertising is to lure buyers in to buy things they think they don't really need. Buyers always need what is being sold, they just haven't realized it yet.

I don't have a problem with it.
As I stated in my original post; As a fella I certainly don't mind looking at a pretty girl.
I think what Wayne Schurman (Audio Advisor) is a attempting to do is show unattainable women looking pretty (pretty stupid) wearing high end headphones in hopes of selling the gear to some audio nerd living in his mother's basement.
I, and others here are just pointing out how totally ridiculous the models look in the Audio Advisor ads.
I guess Audio Advisor believes it must work, as they keep doing it.
I would much rather read more or see closeups of a product than see some "hottie" wearing it - but that's me.
There is a limited amount of space in any printed magazine. Audio Advisor obviously believes it's better to show a bimbette wearing the gear than it is to show specs and comparisons - and that's their right.
I think it's funny to the point of absurdity to show women that look like they are having a orgasm while listening to headphones.
Meat; It's the right thing to do. Romans 14:2
Yes those headphone images are absurd ... I much prefer the speaker ones.
If you understand, things are just as they are; if you do not understand, things are just as they are.
