On how they got me on their list in the first place. I haven't bought any audio equipment at all in years, (and never at a high-end store or catalog), yet somehow they managed to get me on their list recently.
After browsing the first couple of catalogs, I've decided they are the modern DAK catalog, high-end for the clueless.
It doesn't even make the bathroom reading list.

has some very good deals online, and are the exclusive online retailer for Parasound and possibly others. I recently bought a 'factory refreshed' P 7 preamp for $825 off list, with full as-new warranty. I've also bought several other pieces of gear (demo Cambridge 840C CD player, good price with warranty several years ago).I'm a (certainly not clueless) very satisfied customer and will certainly continue to keep them in mind for future purchases.
I also enjoy looking at their catalog, but don't keep it around in the reading room ... :D

I've bought some good gear from them as well. Never had any issues with products or customer service, shipping, ... etc.

I've had good experiences with AA as well. Have bought mostly accessories, etc. Their catalogs usually have an interesting nugget or two.....not counting the models.
I agree. I haven't bought anything in a while, but got some good deals on sale in the past. Their people were reasonably knowledgeable and helpful, and their service excellent. They can only sell what people will buy.
