Ok input selection. On my pre amp schematic the input selector is a rotary switch this is ok, but I would like to have a bank of 2 pole lever (white) switches. Looked on ebay not found any, any suggestions?

Check out Parts Express, they have a plethora of switches to choose from. They have some white paddle types.

The best switches have metal actuators. Look for C&K or NKK. There are low voltage, gold plated contacts which do a good job.
the HiFi Collective that I've had very good luck with. Yeah, I know, you should be able to get stuff closer to home but that isn't always possible depending on where things are made.

... they might JUST be good enough for audio!
