I have three systems upstairs and am moving stuff around today, doing some listening tests.
My hobby shop and office systems are small room system and over the years I've tried all kinds of things.
This is one really good system for a small room - Logitech into a Schiit Bifrost Uber into a Heed Obelisk integrated running Spendor S3/5R2's.
WOW. This is incredible sounding. I have LS50's in my HT and have tried them in this room. They are louder and punchier than the Spendors, but in this room I prefer the Spendors. More natural and an image that works better in this room.
People are always asking about 'what should I put in my small room' so I thought I'd post some pics.

table out from in front of the system it would sound even better! But I know you said you are limited on space.
Glad it sounds good! :)
Notice you left the grills on your speakers. Is this preferable to off for you?
Curious because I have the 3/5R models. I took my grills off because it seemed like what everyone else did!
Okay, a quick google shows a nifty dinosaur model. Awesome!
Also saw the "Fine Scale Modeler" issue on the side. Subscribed to that for many years, along with Military Modeler.
Did plenty of dinos early as a kid, then mostly moved into WWII armor & aviation, with Tamiya kits being my favorites.
Also loved some Testors armor, planes, and sports cars.
Shout out to Monogram for the big B-17 and B-29 kits.
Dang, wish I had the time & space to complete some of the kits I still have sitting around in various closets and attics...
The black Schiit. Mine is silver. Yours is cooler.
Nice ! Thumbs up.

A negative ion generator
I have a couple that I used mostly as night lights. Those things are HEAVY and can double as weapons!
Most are made from salt licks sold for horses......
Maybe the other guys here will post pics of their small room system(s) as well?
Well, not really a negative ion generator. Only marketed as a negative ion generator. For one thing the little lamp inside doesn't get hot enough to produce the effect. Tourmaline works much better when heated
Nice setup. What types of models have you built so far?
I'm a science fiction kinda guy. That TIE-Fighter I did took first place in SF at a regional IPMS convention some years ago.

Norah Jones? I thought you'd be into rock music.
Need steady hands to smooth out surfaces, and paint tiny parts. Bopping your head to the beat doesn't help. LOL.
I used to build lots of models back in the days, primarily WWII figurines & ground vehicles and later Japanese robots. I just rescued a box of this German super cannon from my parents house that I bought when I was six grade. And bought this ultra expensive box when I was in Japan. Had to beg the airline for me to bring it on as a "carry-on". The box was twice the size of a regular carry-on. But I haven't built anything since high school, and I have a collection of these in the storage that I think I will get back into it when I retire.....

Classical mostly. Soundtracks. Rock from the 60's to the late 80's.
Some jazz and vocals.
