Celsius to Fahrenheit. Double and add 30.
Fahrenheit to Celsius. Subtract 30 and dived by 2.
It works between 5-30C where you'll find it pretty pretty close up to being off only a few degrees F the higher you go. it's a good estimator tool.
In Canada we use the metric system but I prefer lbs, feet, inches and mph. However, I prefer Celsius because it's actually a lot easier to think of 0 as the freezing point of water and go from there. It's because publishers didn't want to change all those Orwell Books to Celsius 232.78 I tell ya.
For more accuracy Method 2
°F to °C Deduct 32, then multiply by 5, then divide by 9
°C to °F Multiply by 9, then divide by 5, then add 32
