Ditto (again) Don Better for a real hi-end shop. Be advised that he works out of his house, though, so you'll need to call him to set up an appointment. Other options include Play it Again Sam in Lakewood (lots of used stuff, typically at crazily high prices), and Audio Visions (Strongsville and Cleveland) and/or Xtend Technologies (Broadview Heights). They're both primarily home theater stores, but they stock some two-channel stuff as well.
Follow Ups:
Cleveland is not exactly a hotbed for high-end audio. There was once a long-time fixture there called Hoffman's. And there was also Audio Craft, Hi-Tech Hi-Fi, Ohio Sound, and Sound Resource. The last place still had the best all-solid-state system (Rowland/Avalon/Wadia) I've ever heard. (Although the MBL systems at THE Show 2012 and 2014 came close.) I'm not sure, but Audio Craft might still be around, which sells "budget high-end". But the other places mentioned are all defunct.

Audio Craft went out of business about 6 months ago.
