Apparently my action to post this on several other boards is considered a bad behavior. The intent was not to bash or take revenge on the manufacturer/vendor, but to unite the folks that have experienced the same issues with this same manufacturer for action.
If you deem that this post is inappropriate, please feel free to remove, as other audio boards have done so. But I would appreciate your advice on how I can use the board to reach out to others who are in the same shoe.
Thanks,
FrankC

Don't know if your post on this board will be deleted or not. But putting the same post on multiple boards is against forum rules (and has been for as long as I've been visiting here - almost 9 years).

I meant other audio discussion websites, not within AA.

Why is it bad form - why are other forums boot licking manufacturers/dealers. Guess they must be getting paid off. Hopefully AA is better.
You should try posting this on the Canadian forum canuckaudiomart.com
Or at the very least be allowed to say something like "Important notice for PurePower customers - and then ask those owners to be able to PM you on their systems or give them your e-mail. That way - owners can get together and discuss the matter and the manufacturer is protected from "possible" wrong doing of be publicly slammed (after all no one on a forum has gotten both sides and even if we did we still wouldn't be able to know which side is the truth). The court decision would be the arbiter.
