Call me naive: I still maintain that if a company can't produce viable SOTA speakers for a maximum of 25K it should think of going into the yacht business.
While most of his products are under your threshold, there are a couple of models (including mine) that are a tad higher. I have visited his production facility and assure you there are no yachts to be found anywhere close. :)

...for the $108K price tag on the Audio Note two-way.
Two drivers in a little, wooden box costing as much as the other, house sized monstrosities.

"E pur si muove...And yet it moves"
I could live for 6 years on $63,000 which also means I could retire completely now as I can't start collecting social security for 6 1/2 years until 2014. This will tide me over until then, Yahoo!
Happy Listening,

Ooh look a WMTMW, never seen that before! Nice square cabinet edges! First order electrical crossovers with no consideration for acoustic slopes or phase!
Bass is supposed to sound big. 6.5" is not a woofer size.
Please note my dual status as reviewer and manufacturer. Take EVERYTHING I say with a grain of salt.
