So I want to convert my ST-70 to triode mode. The problem is I do not have any 100 ohm resistors on hand, but I do have some 150 ohm resistors. Will the extra 50 ohm make a difference?
Thank you,
Robert

You can use 150's if you like. I did an amp with 200's and it was fine.
I do not know what difference the extra 50 ohms will make, but why bother? Radio Shack sells a five-pack of 100 ohm 1/2W carbon film resistors for $1.49.Here's the link

The difference is I have been drinking and would surely blow higher than .08% BAC. So to go buy those resistors, has the potential to cost way more tham $1.49 plus tax. Add to that the fact that I am an LEO... :D
Perhaps this is not the best time for you to be working on your Stereo 70.
Nah, I'm good. Just remember, never solder in your underwear...
