I would suggest contacting Onkyo (1-800-229-1687) and request the repairs department. Hopefully you have at least a one year warranty. Some folks have posted that even when out of warranty Onkyo has performed the repairs at no cost.Good luck!

Thanks. I found out they have a pretty nice technical support as well. So far we have tried two different things.
1. Manual reset
2. Speaker wire connections
Neither has worked. I will call them back.
