What I want to know is if the link for MAC OS-X 10.2 "Jaguar" will work for the newer MAC OS-X 10.5.2 "Leopard"?

I would provide that link but I can't get past "We're sorry, this download token is expired. Please register with a different email if you wish to download another copy of the album."

Links aren't OS specific... I didn't understand from your first post that you already had a link that you had had for days. If you only had it for a day or so I know from experience you can still use it to get a new torrent file. The message is just saying that a specific .torrent file is only good for about an hour, if you don't get your torrent started in that hour just click on the email link again to get another torrent file...

Anyway at worst like it says if you want a new link provide a new email address. (There are lots of free sources of email addresses out there.)

  The link to BitTorrent you gave is for Windows 95 (Winsock2), 98/ME, NT/2000, XP, 2003, and Vista. Nothing at all for any MAC operating system. The link I had from NINs to BitTorrent was a different web site and had an older version for MAC OS-X 10.2 "Jaguar" which my not work with my MAC OS-X 10.5.2 "Leopard".
  
  It does no good to download the 24/96 file until I can find out if I can play it and based on everything I read BitTorrent may not work for MAC OS-X 10.5.2 "Leopard".
  
  I tried everything, including refreshing the NINs email and the page it links me two, this really does expire in one hour!

    I find your posts quite ambiguous and I'm sorry if I don't interpret them the way you intend.
    
    I'm not a regular MAC user so I won't recommend any particular torrent client. I did a google search on "MAC OS-X 10.5.2 Leopard torrent" and found lots of hits so I'm sure you can do a little research and find an acceptable client. Also I know you can run windows apps in the MAC, but perhaps this costs some money for something like Virtual PC for the MAC or this equivalent, I don't know if there is native virtualization or a free virtualization client.

      This first one I tried said page not found, I don't want to click any more unknown links as I have to research if they are safe first. This could take months. So I give up.
      Artists and record companies if you want me to have 24/96 downloads please do what AIX Records does make them super easy to download right into iTunes at full 24/96 resolution. . I have decided no more unnecessary software on my computer, why the hell is a middle man like BitTorrent even needed? This has got to be one of the weirdest things I have ever experienced in my life.
      I give up NIN's you made it way too hard for me, you can keep your 24/96 files!!!!
      BTW Ted I do appreciate your attempts to help, but the pure stupidity of using a middle man for music files is in the words of Spock "Not Logical"
