To be fair, there have been some mislabeled SACDs (e.g. no multi-channel mix although the label says it has one) as well. Also, when it comes to hi-rez, the source (e.g. analog, digital) is more often not disclosed either. They should have mandated DVD-A to be authored by the spec that allows the audio button on the remote to toggle between mixes so it would be like selecting 2-channel or multi-channel on an SACD. I think ZS must have gotten beat up as a kid with stuff like Sony boomboxes and is just exhibiting normal behavior for him.
