of release .Click the link I have provided .
83,000 DualDiscs sold , in 1 week , for a double inventory title , is significant . Of course , additional Jennifer Lopez DualDiscs were sold in the following weeks .
ILoveJazz , as usual , you are posting wrong information .

Follow Ups:
Sure, that particular DualDisc may have sold "83,000 copies in the first week" - but that's only a fraction of sales compared to the nearly 250,000 copies of the regular CD version of that same album. Also, that dual-inventory title came early in the DualDisc hype That hype has since died down, and sales of the DualDisc versions of dual-inventory titles have plummeted during the second half of 2005.By the way, the albums in the Talking Heads box set have been re-released individually. But they are single-inventory DualDiscs, and will not be available as regular CDs.
And IIRC very recent Sony-issued DualDiscs have been selling very poorly. (This is based on a few brick-and-mortar places that I've visited recently, where the DualDiscs almost always languished on the shelves, sometimes for as long as a year.)

I can't wait for the Christina Aguilera Dual-Disc box set. Please let us all know when it comes out... and, by the way, it's been days since you mentioned Rob Thomas. Better get busy!
