These are very simple matters of fact. Either AMD64 processors can do 64-bit arithmetic (integer and float), or they can't. You say they can't. You're wrong. Period.
Now, what you decide to call a "real" CPU is your business. I can't say you're wrong about that, I can only point out why it's silly.
