Sure, apart from Cool Edit, I was aware of those other examples which you mention (esp the Denon's own internal DSPs which are 32bit, and also the Intel spec).

The Wilkes example is an interesting case study (for an industry outsider like me) which shows how 32-bit is also being used directly in the studio. Now, especially with the new Intel spec, I reckon we will see a lot more of this (32bit) resolution throughout more of the audio chain.
