its all right as most of the coupling capacityor bridge acrossed 300 to 500 VDC, the insulators , be it paper or pvc foil , it will break down some day some how, just change it or you can buy a similar capacity but with higher working voltage ....say 450DC or 600DcV, may be its just 1 over 1000 for your case,don't blame a/note.. happay listening..
