Anyone have any experience with this CD transport?

Anyone compared this to a similarly priced Cambridge CD player being used as a transport?

I bought it based on the claim that the transport is the same as their top of the range Azur 851 player.
At 5-bills that would make it a pretty good deal, IMO.

Have owned mine since June.So far, performed flawlessly and sounds good. Running mine through a McIntosh D100 DAC.
For the $$, the CXC is a good choice. I may upgrade in the future, however for now this works fine.

My Marantz SA15 S2 Ltd not a lightweight player and cost considered.

It would be nice if it could play CD-R's (MP3). Like this I have to either keep the old Marantz or switch to PC and feed the DAC with downloads.
