it is dead before it even tried to start to crawl.

Smart marketing, actually. Bryston has a pretty huge fanbase amongst pros and audiophile consumers some of whom would love to complete their system with Bryston products. When they introduced their CD player a few years ago they had to know that the days of the CD had past, but they introduced it anyway. People who like Bryston seem to want more of it, so it's good news for them in this case.

Actually that is just dumb,I don't have or like Bryston or plan to.
So.......
Um, the fact that YOU do not "have or like" Bryston should mean very little to anyone. Many others (many of whom are Canadians) do like Bryston and will continue to buy their products regardless of what you think or say.
But I am entitled to my opinion.
I stated that because I was just in the market for a transport.
You know that because you commented in that post.

Bryston does not seem to be too popular with audiophiles around here and I do respect those people's opinions. The point is, what is liked around here probably has little to do with how well Bryston has been doing in the marketplace. I don't expect any of that to change anytime soon.
...but will Canadians continue to buy Blackberry? Their hardware is nice but their software is ancient and no longer relevant. But hey, if nationalism keeps 'em alive for another year I suppose that's a good thing for Canada.
I think you missed the smiley face in my post.
here's mine ''
