i had the feeling that reading from an optical cd were a complex task and this article confirms my fears.
I wonder how expensive must be a good reading of a cd

Its worth noting that the referenced article was written in 2012 and needless to say prices have changed. And not for the better! I thought this would be an interesting article not because of a product itself, but rather an insightful look into digital audio from someone who is very well versed in the subject. Hopefully, this article will give you some things to think about moving forward.

what scares me is that the more i read the more the task of reading wav files from a cd appears very challenging to me, with only high level units able to do it rightly.
