Looks new to me.
Why do you care about wear on the shipping boxes? Shipping boxes are supposed to endure wear, so that their contents don't have to. If this was some collectible, like a rare LP, the sleeve becomes part of its value, but not this. Why do you care about the condition of the shipping boxes, given that they do not show evidence of damage that could affect their contents?
I expect the RCAs to look used, as you can't really test it without using them. Yes, the factory people can use alligator clips to test, but then run the risk of a defective RCA socket passing through. So yes, I expect RCAs to have been used. Even if not used for final testing, I would not expect the assembly people to protect the RCAs from scratches on what is, after all, a pretty modest piece of gear.
Those stains you mention - are they really stains? Have you tried a little Windex? Looks like some cardboard rubbed on it and left a mark. That would be unacceptable in a thirty-thousand-dollar McIntosh something-or-other coming direct from the dealer or factory, but this is a $400ish headphone amp-plus-DAC from Korea. I don't see anything in your pics that is inconsistent with a piece of new gear that has made it into someone's hands who is selling it on ebay.
Why have you not used it?
Obviously we approach things differently. If those marks on the back bother you, I guess you have to return it.

Well, I do not think stains and scratches on $300 - $400 DAC should be normal.
When I buy under $100 mass market electronics, audio/video or not, I usually feel "Oh, NEW product!"
The box is clean, the product case is clean, and the sockets are clean.
I want to keep the evidence as it is until I make a decision about return for refund.Once I connect some things to the product, the seller may ask me to pay the return shipping cost. I guess the shipping cost is quite high from the USA to Korea.
I sent a message to the eBay seller and the manufacturer, but did not get a reply yet.
Of course, I strongly want to listen to it. It is like seeing a chocolate on my desk, but not eating it. Two days have passed.

I can't imagine what "evidence" would be destroyed by listening to it - just a thought.
The others on the thread seem to be with you; I'm the oddball who wouldn't care, and would try a little Windex or isopropyl on a q-tip and see if that took care of the marks on the housing.
Good luck working it out with the seller.
