Are there music or movie disks with 0dBFS in 20 - 40Hz?
Excluding CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray disks containing "test tones."
I am just curious.

For example at about 58.5 seconds there's 34Hz @ about -2.2dBFS

Yello has always been fun on many levels, the music of course, big image and bass and sound from two guys. A long time favorite. Planet Dada is all over the room!

I've not seen any music, even organ music with 32 foot pedals, that has peaks below 30 Hz that are larger than peaks at higher frequencies in a spectral plot. There must be recordings out there, but I've yet to find them. My player software does room EQ and I use some low bass boost and the error counters would alert me if there was any clipping.
I have a 96/24 recording of a space shuttle launch, taken at the VIP station. This recording peaks at -0.2 dB FS and is not clipped. Most of this energy is low frequency noise with the peak at 10 Hz. The count-down voice over the PA system is -40 dB lower than the peak signal at launch. This live recording came from Bob Katz' web site. I would not call this recording a "test tone", more like a "digital destruction device". :-)

I think you'll probably have to copy the digital waveforms to your computer using a program that allows you to look at the waveforms and measure the frequency. I used to own some Sound Forge software that provided this capability. Here are a couple of screen shots I took of a CD that had full-scale digital waveforms. In fact they appear to be clipped. Unfortunately, the frequency is around 110-Hz, but I'll bet you'll be able find some DVD movies that have full-scale waveforms within the frequency range you are looking for. Many of the DVD movies I watch seem to have some very powerful ultra-low frequencies.
Good luck,
